I commented on the change on github, copying here: this is for backward
compatibility with ant and should be removed eventually. Don't make it a sync,
it won't help. If you need to wipe the build clean, run gradlew clean. Sorry,
this is legacy ant mess and we shouldn't try to fix it - we should just leave
it behind. The way this should be cleaned up is to remove any resources from
src/test (move them to the resources folder). But this will have to wait until
Solr/Lucene repos are split.
