No please don't add lucene/version.properties. This file was just there for
ant, so the release manager can easily change the version after release.
For Gradle, the only file you need to edit is root's build.gradle. The version
number (main version) has to be inserted there. The same comment as in
version.properties is also there, so the regex after release must just be
updated slightly.
So please revert and remove the file again, as it will run out of date.
