On Policeman Jenkins, looks like this:
Prepare Environment for the run:

The script is part of Jenkins installation and provides {{RUNTIME_JAVA_HOME}}
and {{TEST_JVM_ARGS}} environment variables, which are automatically consumed
by Gradle (thanks [~dweiss]). It also sets some other environment vars for
formatting the build@lao mails and the description:

Here is the environment, {{JAVA_HOME}} comes from the default selection by
Jenkins UI (see above; colored green and used to run Gradle). The Blue ones are
for mails and Job description, the red ones are technical. The libeatmydata
preload is there to protect my NVME SSD raid array from fsyncs ran by (Solr)
tests all the time!
