[LUCENE-9441] is a bit sticky. The javadocs cannot be fixed as long as Ant
build job is live, otherwise ant precommit fails with link checker error. I
will fix it (and also enable the linter for gradle's check task) after we
completely switch to Gradle and discard Ant build job. Can you please ping me
when nightly Ant build job is stopped ?
