[~atris] I believe this is producing the following test failure:
gradlew :solr:core:test --tests
"org.apache.solr.handler.component.DebugComponentTest"
-Ptests.seed=18DC7E9689D0494A -Ptests.file.encoding=ISO-8859-1
I haven't tracked it farther than seeing that the response mentions
"circuitbreaker".
