documents about the {{commitReserveDuration}} configuration but I also vaguely
recall something about "configurable" vs. "configurable via the config APIs"
support or lack(\?) of the latter.
Anyhow, seeing this ticket here today inspired me to finally do the deprecated
{{master.commitReserveDuration}} cleanup -- SOLR-14489 -- :-)
