Please review the changes. Steps added to update the new website
* Update editorconfig.py
* Add draft website news for solr/lucene (not TLP)
* Use those drafts as input for the release email templates
* Better editor default for macOS (TextEdit)
I know it is hard to test this without doing a release, but it is possible to
only test submenu 1 - 7 "Update the website", and simulate the steps, just
answering "n" for the git push commands... You can also select the menu
"Generate asciidoc guide" and inspect the generated commands manually to see if
you spot something wrong.
