It's amazing to me that something like the solution mentioned ini "Rebalancing
Client Connections" is not provided as a standard option within the Zookeeper
client code. Anyways, we should write a class to support this. Maybe Curator
will already have the functionality when we move to it, but that's a much
longer term project.
