To be accurate, this replaces all relative paths generated by javadoc tool's
"-link" option with absolute urls ("-linkoffline" & element-list file).
There still remain some hand-written relative paths in lucene-core Javadocs,
we need to not to forget to rewrite them after completely switching to gradle
(as I noted in previous comments)...
