The SIP main page 
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/SOLR/Solr+Improvement+Proposals 
only listed 3 so I filled in the next available number in the table :) I see 
now that there are some orphan child pages that are not listed in the table. I 
went ahead and renamed this as SIP-6. Can you please add SIP-4 and SIP-5 to the 
table on the main SIP page?
