When trying to run the test suite from a directory with white-space in the path
name, SolrTestCase does not load at all:

This is a new issue and seems to be introduced not long ago. The last time I
ran tests, it worked. Does anybody know what changed. To me it looks like there
is some wrong encoding involved.
