for review (many need to force update a few times to cache new CSS).
Shift-Reload helps (Hold shift key and then press reload button with mouse).
Jan and I already discussed some ways on slack to make CSS/JS assets cache
forever and still alow changes at same time. The trick is to add hashes to
filenames, so whenever contents change the filename changes, too. Pelican has a
plugin for this: https://pypi.org/project/pelican-webassets/
