Based on some experimenting...
* {{ant rat-sources}} (via {{ant precommit}} ) doesn't create any
rat-report.xml files
* {{gradle rat}} (via {{gradle precommit}} ) _DOES_ create these rat-report.xml
files
* {{ant clean}} is skipping these files for some reason?
* {{gradle clean}} (which i should have remembered before switching back to
ant) _DOES_ clean up these files
but the perplexing question is still why {{ant rat-sources}} doesn't complain
about any rat-report.xml files in any other modules that it checks before
solr/webapp?
