Jason Gerlowski commented on SOLR-13892:
----------------------------------------

The latest code on the PR removes the postfilter implementation in favor of
TPI. It also adds a {{method}} parameter to allow explicit control over the
implementation used. I need to re-evaluate the tests - I haven't updated them
to reflect the recent changes. But other than testing this is ready for review
and close to merging.

> The JoinQParserPlugin would be a lot performant in many use-cases if it could
> operate as a post-filter, especially when doc-values for the involved fields
> are available.
> With this issue, I'd like to propose a post-filter implementation for the
> {{join}} qparser.
