### Description In the ongoing release of Lucene 10.6.0, I found out that the link to the file formats documentation is wrong: <img width="1682" height="582" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/06ecff1c-57fc-443a-9e69-df96a7c52f96"; /> We should fix this, but respin not needed. As far as I remember there's a regex on the Codec.java class that extracts the version number and it looks like this one catches also the quotes around the version number.
