A few more places where we are throwing AssertionErrors when really we should be signalling things through regular RuntimeExceptions: - hunspell AffixCondition on an ill-formed dictionary input line. Also updates the surrounding logic to not catch Throwable. - Lucene90CompressingTermVectorsReader. AssertionError becomes IllegalStateException with a better error message. - index reordering BinaryDocValueSelector.
