### Description <!-- If this is your first contribution to Lucene, please make sure you have reviewed the contribution guide. https://github.com/apache/lucene/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md --> When scoring a batch of candidate nodes gathered during a hop (direct neighbors and their expanded neighbours-of-neighbors), the searcher scored the entire toScore batch via bulkScore() and incremented `visitedCount` by the **full batch size**, regardless of how much budget remained. If the batch was larger than the remaining limit, this overshot visitLimit by up to one full batch. Similar constraints were already setup in [HnswGraphSearcher](https://github.com/apache/lucene/blob/main/lucene/core/src/java/org/apache/lucene/util/hnsw/HnswGraphSearcher.java#L339-L340). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
