Removal of FST postings format is a big loss IMO.   I volunteer to upgrade it.  
Also Solr's TaggerTest now fails; it configures postingsFormat=FST50 and has 
documentation about this.  I suggest proposals to remove our formats have 
dedicated issues with suitable titles and not be hidden beneath a minor 
refactoring issue.  _Please revert this change._
