I have {{security.json}} setup to require a password for the top level of the
GUI
When I try to access the Solr GUI through Internet Explorer, it does not prompt
for a password, but instead brings up a crippled version of the GUI
This used to work in earlier versions such as Solr7.4; and it is working on
Firefox, Chrome and Edge
