Noble, you misunderstand Jan's point. The fact that there will be two endpoints
(collection level and configset level) for the same underlying configset can,
but not necessarily, cause confusion.
Thanks Jan and David for your suggestions for discussing the broader vision
changes in the SIP format. It will be much better!
[~apoorvprecisely], since you brought this issue up, would you like to draft
the SIP contents to begin with? -I'll create a SIP jira- SOLR-14041 is there,
from where we'll link the confluence/github page etc. and take the discussion
there.
Meanwhile, I think Apoorv can complete the changes here for this issue and keep
the patch ready (marked as an experimental feature).
