Review Comment:
   I changed `isNull` to `hasValue`. I have also added a flag `canPushDown` in 
`BoundAggregate` to indicate if this aggregate can be pushed down. I think I 
need a way to differentiate the `null`: is the `null` due to stats not 
available (e.g. complex type) or due to the value is null, so I added this flag.
