@amogh-jahagirdar could you take a look at this when you have a chance? It narrows UPDATE's check for concurrent delete files in `BaseRowDelta` and `MergingSnapshotProducer` to the data files the UPDATE modifies, so a concurrent delete on another data file no longer fails the UPDATE.
