The GCP integration tests were not wired into the Gradle check task, unlike the AWS and Azure modules. As a result, CI never ran them. This change wires them into check. That immediately exposed a regression in readMissingLocationGcsAnalyticsCoreEnabled. Since gcs-analytics-core 1.4.0, the IOException for a missing object has no StorageException cause. So it is no longer translated to NotFoundException. This is fixed upstream in https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/gcs-analytics-core/pull/371 but is not yet released. A second commit disables the test until a fixed version is available. Test plan: ./gradlew :iceberg-gcp:check -x test runs integrationTest against the emulator and passes with the test disabled.
