Fixes #18351
`rest-catalog-open-api.yaml` still listed `TrueExpression` and
`FalseExpression` (`{"type":"true"}` / `{"type":"false"}`) as deprecated
alternatives in `Predicate`, even though the expressions spec does not include
them and the reference implementation rejects them.
- Remove `TrueExpression` and `FalseExpression` from the `Predicate`
`oneOf`, leaving the bare boolean literal.
- Remove the two deprecated schema definitions.
- Regenerate `rest-catalog-open-api.py` accordingly.
This makes the OpenAPI schema match `format/expressions-spec.md` and the
reference implementation.
