URL: https://github.com/apache/iceberg-go/pull/2165

   ## What

Extends `catalog/catalogtest` with table-lifecycle conformance tests, the
next
slice proposed in #1691 after the namespace and basic create/load tests
   (#1694, #1705, #1761, #1795).

   New tests (`catalog/catalogtest/tables.go`):

   - `ListTables` — empty namespace, after create, after drop
   - `DropTable` — dropped table is no longer visible; `LoadTable` returns
`ErrNoSuchTable`
   - `DropMissingTable` — returns `ErrNoSuchTable`
   - `RenameTable` — table reachable only under the new identifier, schema
preserved
   - `RenameTableToExisting` — returns `ErrTableAlreadyExists`, both tables
left intact
   - `RenameMissingTable` — returns `ErrNoSuchTable`

   Adds `Config.SupportsRenameTable`, following the
`SupportsNamespaceProperties`
pattern. Rename tests are skipped when it is false. SQL, REST and Hive opt
in;
Hadoop does not, because its `RenameTable` is not implemented (see #1097).

   ## Testing

   - `go test ./catalog/sql/ ./catalog/hadoop/ -run Conformance` passes (Hadoop
skips the three rename tests).
   - REST and Hive suites: not run locally (no Docker); relying on the
`go-integration` workflow for this PR.
