Closes #2141 v2 position delete files took the table's metrics config, so `file_path` bounds were truncated to 16 chars by default. Conflict validation then couldn't resolve the target data file and fell back to partition scope, rejecting copy-on-write commits against concurrent deletes on untouched files. Position delete writers now use a fixed metrics config, matching Java's `MetricsConfig.forPositionDelete`: `file_path` and `pos` full, everything else none, ignoring table properties. - `TestCopyOnWriteConflict_ConcurrentDeleteOnUntouchedFileCommits` now also covers v2. - New test checks exact `file_path` bounds on both the unpartitioned and partitioned v2 write paths.
