Similar to #14709 - during the cleanup stage of a commit, we always refresh the full table metadata in order to grab the saved snapshot. For e.g. REST Catalogs and RESTTableOperations, the saved snapshot is already present because we update the current metadata with the catalog's response. Thus we can elide the refresh and save a full round-trip to the catalog. Internally we have a very large volume of commits and this meaningfully reduces traffic and load on our Catalog. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
