I opened #4027 with a fix and a test matrix. It keeps every upsert filter flat: one `In` per join column, an exact anti join in Arrow, and a re-append of the rows the overwrite filter removes but does not update. Cases a to f pass on macOS with pyarrow 25.0.1. The new 5,000 key composite test in that PR crashes pytest on main. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
