Review Comment:
Following up on my note above that `geometry-crs84` would fail PyIceberg
once its read side is fixed: the downgrade in 594df45 covers the two default
cases but not this one. PyIceberg elides the default even when it is supplied
explicitly (`str(GeometryType("OGC:CRS84"))` is `geometry`), so this case fails
on the write direction for the same unsettled elision question. I'd give it the
same `should` tier.
