Review Comment:
   Dropped both default cases to `normative_level: "should"` 
(`geometry-default-crs`, `geography-default`) until the elision question 
settles (apache/iceberg-python#3530). The clause marks the write direction 
advisory. The explicit-CRS cases stay MUST.
