# Rationale for this change
I've been having intermittent issues where the Markdown link checker fails
from a 429. I've recently seen this happen from the Ray docs. I imagine we'll
be seeing more of these in the future, as I'm sure GitHub is sending all kinds
of traffic everywhere.
Right now, I'm just doing a retry. If this becomes more of an issue, we
should consider just doing this at release time as part of the release
verification process.
