IMHO, it would be more than welcome if such changes can broaden the adoption of iceberg-cpp. My concern is that fixing only `<expected>` and `<format>` is not enough. We have ported https://github.com/apache/iceberg-cpp/pull/40 but it got removed once we bump to C++23.
