Adds unit test coverage for `NaNUtil.isNaN`, which had no direct
test despite being used widely across the codebase
(`PartitionSummary`, the metrics evaluators, and the Spark/Flink
filter conversions).
Covers the three branches: `Double.NaN` / `Float.NaN` return
true, and null, non-NaN floating-point values (including
infinities), and non-floating-point types all return false.
