I've added https://github.com/apache/iceberg-rust/pull/2188 as I believe that covers the same as #2423 but is already approved (but looking for a second reviewer). Regarding the delete vectors PR - I think that will need significant review. I'd recommend reaching out in `#rust` on the [Iceberg Slack](https://iceberg.apache.org/community/#slack) to find reviewers (- I wouldn't be able to review that right now due to lack of time and context).
