Fixes #991. Added metadata support in arrow_utils.go, created a `WKTToWKB` helper in `table/internal/geo_codec.go` which uses [go-geom](https://github.com/twpayne/go-geom) to convert WKT to WKB, and added a round trip Arrow to Parquet test which tests if geoarrow extension metadata survives. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
