Review Comment:
   @stevenzwu, the way I am currently thinking about this is that the API is 
still going to use the `DataFile` and `DeleteFile` interfaces, since it 
probably doesn't make sense to change the public API to combine them all into a 
generic `TrackedFile` that is harder for people to reason about. `TrackedFile` 
is most likely an internal concept, much like `BaseFile` and `ContentFile`.
   
   If that's the case, then we need ways to adapt a `TrackedFile` to the 
sub-type that are useful to library users. That's what these adapter classes 
are for.
