Review Comment:
My preference is to match idempotency using (operation type, resource
identity)—for example (updateTable, db.t1, <key>)—rather than key-only. This
prevents accidental matches if the same UUID is reused on a different operation
or table. Servers can index on the composite key, so lookup is essentially as
simple as key-only.
