Sorry, my fault, I know I originally suggested the wording in this sentence,
but upon re-reading I realized this should be newer state of the `catalog` not
`table`. Though table is probably the biggest beneficiary of this, the
idempotency-key is generalizable across the different the different catalog
entities.
