Having a website will make it easier for newcomers to get up to speed on Iceberg-cpp. and we can host the current capabilities and give examples of how to use Iceberg-cpp. - [ ] Decide on a framework that's native to cpp - [ ] Do the plumbing on publishing the website using GitHub pages and make it work with the ASF infra.
