Review Comment:
   If I understand correctly, normally we get only a single manifest for every 
checkpoint. Here we drop the whole list and recalculate it again. Maybe we do 
it in the `snapshotState` instead, as it is only used there. In this case we 
don't need the `manifestFilesCommitedList` attribute, a local variable could be 
enough.
