   The thing I don't like about that is that it doesn't rename the files to 
remove the `-rc#` portion of the filenames. I could try to manipulate the svn 
command so that it can move and rename instead of downloading the artifacts 
from the pre-release on github, but it's difficult to test it out since I don't 
actually have permission to run the svn commands....
