I don't think this change is needed, if you would like to to skip Glue validation check, can you just try to set [GLUE_CATALOG_SKIP_NAME_VALIDATION](https://github.com/apache/iceberg/blob/12737a1282d2e82432c0e5924b3fe33dc4ffb109/aws/src/main/java/org/apache/iceberg/aws/AwsProperties.java#L79) to true. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
