I believe we typically use the *-runtime to indicate shaded version of the jar which doesn't require external dependencies. So in this case it would be iceberg-kafka-connect-runtime-1.8.1.zip. We should definitely update the instructions to use that and also link to the maven central jars once we start pushing them there (or wherever they are pushed now) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
