JFYI, once I removed `IdentityPartitionConverters.convertConstant` from the
`statsToRecords->convertPartitionValues` issue with `partitionToPath` method is
gone.
IDK, maybe you had some other idea of how to do the partition filtering on
the returned stats, but I used the following

spec.partitionToPath(stats.unwrap().partition())
.equals(partish.getPartition().getName())
````
