Review Comment:
   Using `client.` properties should be supported through 
`get_first_property_value`. If we want to support fallbacks to both `s3.` and 
`client.` we would need to determine an order. Maybe it's more straightforward 
to stick with the fallback to `client.` like the dynamodb and glue catalog 
implementations?
