It seems since the PR comes from a fork, Github will never let you get anything but read access. https://docs.github.com/en/actions/security-for-github-actions/security-guides/automatic-token-authentication#permissions-for-the-github_token I think you'd either have to somehow make this work with `pull_request_target` (can be tricky) or just give up on the comment functionality. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
