@danielcweeks @jackye1995 Updated the change to divide entropy into dirs so
we follow the following format now:
partitioned-path=true:
/data/0100/0110/0010/10101001/key=val/file-name.parquet
partitioned-path=false: /data/0100/0110/0010/10101001-file-name.parquet
Set the dir depth to 3 and dir length to 4 as discussed.
