Partly #249 (Task 2/3) ### Rationale for this change Add support for Glue Catalog, to reach feature parity with other implementations. ### What changes are included in this PR? - added namespace operations - also implemented `list_tables` since it's needed for `drop_namespace` ### Are these changes tested?
