   @danielcweeks I know for FileIO, but I don't understand why we have `s3` and 
`s3a` in `ResolvingFileIO`, actually why do we have `ResolvingFileIO` ? My 
understanding is that `ResolvingFileIO` gives a change to "bypass" 
Hadoop/FileIO and be able to have a "core" Iceberg implementation (without 
necessarily extending HadoopFileIO). So, this change is exactly for this: let 
the user to define its own Iceberg custom implementation without necessarily 
going on HadoopFileIO extend.
