@ExplorData24 I'm assuming you tried to follow https://iceberg.apache.org/spark-quickstart/ which uses Iceberg + Spark + Minio? I see that you're using Iceberg 1.0.0, so you might want to check the history of https://github.com/tabular-io/docker-spark-iceberg whether 1.0.0 required some other settings than the latest Iceberg version (1.4.2).
